the picture with the outlet is what you need to install in your home 110 outlet,the previous owner wired a 110 plug to the outlet so they could just plug the tanning bed plug to the outlet then plug the 110 plug to their home outlet...i guess you can do that but i would suggest changing the outlet itself to be more permanent....just thought i would add this info...
