Measure approx. 6 1/2" long
Marking on handle says "Made by O. M. Mfg. Co. Racine, WIS, USA"
"All Over Trademark" is stamped on top around the screw.
Condition: Clippers are tarnished and have some rust on the blade. Handle moves back and forth but with resistance.

PAYMENT
We accept Paypal and major credit cards. We accept money orders and cashier's checks, but must receive them within 7 days of the end of auction. We do not accept personal checks at this time. However, personal checks can be used to make payment through Paypal's e-check.
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process.
Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
SHIPPING
All shipping and packaging charges are determined by the shipped weight of the item. Your item will arrive in professional, high quality packaging materials. Our shipping and handling fees cover these costs. To calculate the shipping cost, scroll to the bottom of this listing and type in your zip code in the shipping calculator. We do not combine shipping on items.
Local Pickup: All of our items can be picked up. We charge $5 for a local pickup and Virginia State Sales Tax. Some items are listed for local pickup only. Local Pickup Customers are required to pay within 3 business days and pickup their item within 7 days. We will extend this period if needed, but we must receive the request through the eBay message system. We will then decide if we will extend the pickup period. After 7 days the item will be relisted and we will not issue a refund.
Shipping to Canada: In Canada, buyers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost. Buyers will be responsible for paying these fees fees upon receipt of your shipment. Canadian buyers may be charged additional fees once they receive the package.
Shipping Insurance is Included.
If you have an Unconfirmed Address, you must email us with the address you want the items shipped to. Otherwise, the package will be shipped to the address you have registered with Paypal.
NOTE:We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please be aware that UPS requires that shipments to Hawaii and Alaska must go by 2nd day air or faster. US territories (including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) are considered international shipments by UPS.
CANADIAN BUYERS: Please remember that UPS charges significant import duties which are based on an item's declared value. We are not able to calculate these, so please be sure to check with UPS prior to ordering
RETURNS
All items are sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item is grossly misrepresented. All pictures and copy are created immediately prior to listing the item. All transactions are CLOSED 72 hours upon delivery of the package or 10 days from shipment, whichever occurs first. It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to notify us via email of any problems. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. When a transaction is CLOSED, no refunds will be issued.
ALL ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT IS BOOTED UP POWERED ON, HOWEVER, WE DO NOT HAVE THE IN-HOUSE CAPABILITY TO TEST EVERY FEATURE. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS.
