Oolong Tea, also called Wu Long, is is a partially-fermented tea, between green tea (unfermented) and black tea (fermented). It has the benefit of Green tea, but without the pungent grass taste. Oolong tea contains antioxidants such as flavonoid, EGCG, catechins (more powerful than vitamins C and E in halting oxidative damage). How to Prepare a Good Cup of tea
First pour small amount of boil water over cup to warm the cup
Add 1 tea bag to the cup
Pour boiling water over the tea bag and infuse for 3 min. The longer you steep, the stronger you get.
Each Tea Bag may be used twice!
For iced tea, use 2~3 tea bags to brew a strong cup and tea and then pour over ice.
