Tanning Lamp Shipping Policy
*Please provide a contact number prior to shipping. Your number will remain confidential and will be used for processing purposes only. If a phone number is not provided, shipping WILL BE DELAYED!
*Cost
Shipping will be $38.50 PER CASE of UP TO 24 lamps. Please e-mail for all other lamp shipping rate inquiries. These prices are for the continental US ONLY. Alaska and Hawaii must be quoted by exact weight.
*Transit Time
Your item will ship within 24 hours on the first business day AFTER payment has CLEARED. Our company uses Fed Ex and UPS. Please use the MAP for the color coded transit time to your area for these companies: Green States: 1 – 3 Days Blue States: 3 – 5 Days Yellow States: 5 – 7 Days
*Close-Out Sales
Please be advised that our close-out sales have very limited stock. If lamps are damaged in transit there may not be replacement lamps available. In such a case we will:
Send replacement lamp(s) equivalent to the lamps purchased.
OR
Refund for the amount of lamps damaged based on final selling price.
*Return Policy
Damaged products will be replaced free of charge. If product is damaged in transit, please mark “DAMAGED” on the shipping receipt and sign your name. Please inform the carrier of the damage and contact us immediately. You have up to 7 days of receipt to make a claim on damaged product. With the exception of damaged products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
