Has 2 settings - Child/Adult (oral indicator) or the Infant/Toddler (rectal indicator) setting
Comes complete with 16 lens filters, and 2 alcohol pads for sanitary use.
Uses a 9 volt battery - included.
Manual not included, sorry, but operating instructions are printed on inside of hard sided case.
Was tested and works.
