We prefer PayPal, but for our buyers convenience we accept Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Please remember to include your item # with your Money Order if you mail in your payment. The shipping cost can be calculated in the bottom of the auction page. The price shown is what will be charged, even though the item will be shipped using FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, or USPS.
All items are usually shipped within 2 business days after receiving payment. Combined orders and internationals can take up to 4 business days to ship. Everything we ship has a tracking number which is emailed automatically to the email address you have on file with eBay.
**PO BOXES**
We do not ship to PO Boxes. In your PayPal notes or anytime after you win the auction please let us know your address to ship your item to if your address on file with eBay or PayPal is a PO Box.
Local Pickups
We do allow local pickups. Local pickups require payment 24 hours before they will be ready for customers to pick up. We cannot and do not allow any type of payment during pickup or in person for the actual item except for the pickup fee.
Requirements for Local Pickup
1.There is a $2 pickup fee per item for all pickups. Must be cash payments only and exact amount. We do not have change for pickup fees.
2.Payment on item(s) must already have been received.
3.Twenty-four hour wait after paying for items is required before coming to pickup item(s).
4.Invoice for items showing local pickup as shipping method and items purchased is required.
5.Items must be picked up with in 7 business days after payment. Items that are not picked up within 7 business days will have their order refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and the items will no longer be available to them.
Combined Shipping
We offer COMBINED SHIPPING. Auction end dates for multiple items must be no longer then 7 days apart for them to be eligible for combined shipping.Combined shipping discounts are only available on multiple items with dimension's smaller then 12" x 12" x 12". This would include all books, dvds, cds, clothing, small bedding pieces, small electronics, and small household items or decor. Large items are not available for combined shipping discounts. Please send us a eBay message with any questions you may have.
International Shipping
We ship many of our items Internationally. Extra large or heavy items are not available to ship internationally. Buyers are responsible for all custom/brokerage fees. We will not mark a item as "Gift" if you buy it from us. It is illegal and please do not ask us to do so. On custom forms the item's value will be marked at what the item sold for at the end of auction. The item's description will be the item's eBay title. Insurance is optional and cost extra for all international shipments.
Insurance
We add insurance to each item we sell for under $100. It is your responsibility to contact us if a item was damaged in transit within 48 hours of the item's arrival. In the unfortunate event your item is damaged in transit, you will be required to return the damage item for it to be processed for a insurance claim, however you will not have to pay to return the item. We will schedule it to be picked up from your address. If you would prefer to keep the item, the damage pieces must be returned or photos submitted of the damage.

We guarantee the item you purchase is in the condition reasonably described in the auction listing, or you may request a replacement or refund and return it. If the item is not as described, we will either repair or replace the item. If these options are not available we will refund the purchase price including shipping. This only applies to the description we provide. If parts of the item are not described but arrive not as expected, the item does not qualify for a return.
No Refunds or Exchanges on items returned without approval (Contact Us through eBay’s Message System).
No returns will be allowed more than 7 days after you receive the item.
No Refunds or Exchanges on purchases of items sold “As-Is” or described correctly.
Items not as described
Items not as described in the auction listing must be reported to us within 7 days of the item shown as delivered by the tracking number assigned to the order.
Minor cosmetic defects, packaging, missing non-essential parts, or specification discrepancies that do not affect product fitness are not covered by this warranty. This guarantee is offered to customers only inside of the USA. Assembly hardware (screws, nuts, bolts, washers, etc.) are not covered by this guarantee.
Shipping damages on items shipped by FedEx.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
Insurance Claims will be filed by us on your behalf, and a repair or refund will be made when the carrier approves the claim. All items we ship that sell for under $100 are insured automatically.
Returns Process:
1) Carefully read the product description on the auction, to ensure the item was not advertised with the defect.
2) Contact Us (click here) for information on returning the item or having it replaced.
3) Once we approved the return, we will send you information on a Call Tag and when to expect FedEx to be by to pick up the package.
4) Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect the item and based on our evaluation of the order do one of the following:
a) (if a replacement is available) we will ship a replacement item, that matches the original auction OR
b) We will refund your original purchase price of the item including shipping fees.
5) if the item is not defective, or is otherwise "as described" - we will notify you, and the item will be discarded.
