This is a new Titanium Mens Men's Man's Mans frame for Men / a Man (the frame color is a combination of gunmetal / gun metal and charcoal ) with Polarized Polycarbonate Magnetic Clip-On ( ClipOn ) SunClip Sun Clip Sunglass ( the clip-on lenses are gray / grey colored ) (some pictures below are shown with the clip-on on the frame and some are shown with it off the frame) (magnetic clip-ons are generally felt to be much easier to take on and off than the standard clip-on that one has to stretch to clip around the lens; magnetic clip-on's which these are just sort of snap in to place from magnetic forces of the technology magnet mechanism) Eyeglasses Eyeglass Eye Glasses Frame . This is new but has been on display. People have tried it on, and placed it down on the counter, etc. Evidently because of this and/or otherwise, it acquired problems as follows. There are no demo / demonstration lenses in the frame any longer. And the left lens of the clip-on has the scratch on it as shown (there may be other scratches on either lens but the one shown on the left lens was the only obvious one that we could find but would consider that there are others to be safe but the one shown is probably the worst). Also the frame itself in the lateral portion of the right rim and then on to the start of the temple area just lateral to that have some scratches as shown in the pictures. Because of all of this we are listing this as a scratch and / or dent sale, etc.

We also accept Money Orders or Cashiers checks.
We cannot accept personal, business, or certified checks.
Payment is due within 7 days of the close of the auction of the item.
We are happy to combine shipping whenever possible if you win multiple items from us and you make a single payment. If you win multiple items from us, please request an invoice after all of the auctions are over in which you were the high bidder and/or you have hit the Buy it Now button on all the items you want and we will email you back with the total to pay for the combined purchases. Please do not send separate PayPal payments for each item if you want combined shipping.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY: Although we are very careful in our descriptions, we are not perfect. If you feel the item did not match the description please email us within 7 days of the receipt of the item and tell us. We will email you back with return instructions. Note that although you must first notify us of your request to return within 7 days of the receipt of the item and receive return authorization from us as above, we must then actually receive the return within 14 days of the end of the auction. Furthermore, all items must be returned to us in the same condition as when we sent such to you (new items must be returned to us in new, unused, and undamaged condition and used items must be returned in the exact condition as when such was sent to you) and with all original packaging or the item/s will not be accepted for return.
