You are looking at a lot of Richard Simmons cassette tapes, and a cookbook. I bought these used, but never listened to them. I did check to make sure that they worked. This has a Colors of Your Life Audio Collection. This has 6 different tapes with it. The package says 6 ways to feel great about yourself and loose weight too. Richards own Personal Motivational Secrets for successful weight loss on six audio tapes. Which are:

I also have another single Colors of Your Life cassette tape and a Food Mover cookbook. This is a thin book with 50 recipes.
