We do try our upmost to dispatch all purchases asap but as it is impossible to foresee how busy each day is going to be,then please do read the little bit of helpful information below.
We do ask that all purchases made are in agreement that we need 12 hours minimum to only 24 hours maximum to have your purchase prepared for posting after payment has cleared.(we do always try to beat the 12 hour minimum but feel we should mention it just incase we can,t on any day)
Your parcel will then be posted in the very next available collection.
Parcels are posted everyday Monday to Friday at least once a day.(twice daily is the average)
Saturday morning posting may be possible but this can only be done by prior arrangement only if needed,before purchase.
If your purchase needs to be dispatched same day/urgently then we do ask to email first or give us a quick ring first before purchasing on 07963 054833 and we can give a 100% exact time for dispatch,urgent requests after purchase may have to wait upto 12 hours still for packing.
We really do welcome phone calls as we find its far easier to communicate and avoid confusion,
We use the Royal Mail to deliver all our parcels and are happy to post using any of their mail services but we do ask the purchaser to make their own choice for delivery option based on cost most suited to themselves.
The Royal Mails guidelines for delivery are.
First Class 90% of the time arives within 1-2 working days after posting,this obviously leaves 10% that will take longer.some even around 5-7 days.
Special delivery is 99% guarenteed next working day delivery (Monday-Friday),and needs a signature on delivery.
Please do bear in mind that with first class the Royal mail will not guarentee delivery times so isn’t recommended for urgent parcel delivery.
For urgently needed parcel delivery then please do enquiry about special delivery as this is still the most economical 99% guarenteed next day delivery service

Should on a rare occasion I cannot post on any day then you will find a short message near the top of each listing,again this is very rare and orders will be sent within 1-24hours from my return date.
I do try to keep my postage and packaging costs at a fair price and will always combine postage costs where possible.
Buyers will be notified by email when there items are ready or have been dispatched.
I always use first class post to get your purchase to you as fast as possible but please do understand that I cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses made by a third party as when items are posted I have no control over delivery from then on.
In the event of a loss then I will have proof of postage and no buyer will be left out of pocket.

99.9% of the time transactions run as smooth as they possibly could,but lets be honest there will be a time when things go wrong!!
So what happens then? Easy,there will always be an amicable solution to any problem should they occur and will be dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner so please do buy with confidence.
One thing though that i can't stress enough is that i really cannot,nor any other shop for that matter be held responsible for delays or losses in the post as these are totally well beyond my control,therefore any purchases made then i can only assume we are in agreement of this and the delivery times below as recommended by the Royal Mail.
Having said that though as mentioned earlier,should on the rare event of a loss then anyone who shops with me will not lose a single penny at all,but the delivery times below really do have to me adhered too by both of us.
First class U.K mail is aimed to be delivered within 1 to 2 working days although the Royal mail do ask to allow for as long as 15 working days for delivery.
Airmail Europe is on average from past experience 5-7 working days
Airmail Outside Europe is on average from past experience 7-10 working days
In all Airmail deliveries the Royal Mail do ask to allow for as long as 20 to 30 working days for delivery dependant on the country.
