All items are BRAND NEW direct from US retailers (Sephora, Target, CVS, Saks, Neimans, Nordstrom, Anthropology) unless otherwise noted. PLEASE NOTE: I NEVER open my products, so exact colors of makeup items can be found on websites like Sephora or Amazon. I do this out of respect for the buyer, so please do not ask for me to open the item or send a picture of the item opened. Payment is expected within 5 days of the auction ending unless we work something out (I completely understand sometimes you can't pay right away these days!).
Items are shipped twice a week via First Class Mail (First class mail DOES NOT include tracking information). So, this does not necessarily mean I mail out your item as soon as you pay for it. It may be a couple of days (o more than 2) before it goes out and the 5-7 days for shipping. This is just the way I do things and I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but I like everyone to be able to pay and then ship them all at once, plus my schedule is very hectic. I am happy to upgrade your item to Priority Shipping for $7 (which includes delivery confirmation), or overnight shipping for $30. I also do gift wrap for an additional $9 (these are high end boxes and paper with real ribbons and paper flowers, very high end). Please do not contact me unless you have not received the item within 12 days. If you are in need of the item before that period of time (although most products arrive within 1 week of shipment), I am happy to arrange Express shipping for an additional charge (please see above for pricing). IF YOU NEED EXPEDITED SHIPPING CONTACT ME OR PLEASE PUT THIS ON YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT AND I WILL ADJUST THE SHIPPING.
Combined Shipping is possible. My combined shipping policy is $1 OFF each additional item AFTER THE FIRST and a larger discount on shipping for those purchasing 7 items or more. UK Shipping is an additional $5, Canada is $2, and Thailand is $6, and other Eurpopean Countries are $5 in addition to the total shipping. Please understand the shipping price is right there on the auction and if you feel there is a problem with it, please let me know BEFORE you bid. Like I said, for larger purchases I generally do not charge more than $15 unless it is a very big item (and we can discuss this ahead of time). Shipping includes the Pitney Bowes machine I use plus the extra shipping when I take them to the post office, gas, my time (I spend over 10 hours a week shipping), supplies (envelopes, tape, labels, writing utensils) and staff wages. It is often I lose money on the shipping so please understand this is a fair price and the $1.00 off is the standard rate for combined shipping (and I generally take off more than that). It is rare to find an ebay auction shipping price for less than $5 and I try to keep it that way. You have the right to bid with another seller or refuse the shipping price, and I just wanted to explain my policy on that.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, I love my repeat buyers (and all buyers)!!!! This is not just a business to me and I know how personal this all can be. I am very flexible about all things on these auctions and do this for a living to support myself (no other job) as I'm taking care of an elderly family member at the same time (I split my time between Ohio and Virginia so the return address may be from either). I am very respectful of my buyers and expect the same on the other end. I have had a lot of bad, mean buyers who forget that they are speaking to a PERSON on the other end of this computer and I will work with you on ANYTHING you possibly need, just please be polite about it. On the other hand, I have received the best buyers in the world and I am thankful to all of you!! More good than bad. :) The nicer you are, the more likely I will be to go a little further on your purchases, returns or refunds. If you receive the wrong item in the mail (which mistakes sometimes happen, as we are all human but very rarely) or something is missing or used (which sometimes happens as I NEVER open the product so I could have been sold the product that way as a tester and try to inspect that), please do not hesitate to tell me. But, please do not accuse me. It is never my intention for this to happen and my staff and I look over the items the best we can before shipping them. Also, the USPS isn't too gentle, so I am happy to file a claim with them as well. This is not an everyday thing but does sometimes happen and I don't want to scare anyone off, but we handle this ASAP.
If you are a repeat buyer, please include that in your paypal payment and IF I have extra samples, I will include them as a thank you. I generally only ship to the address on the Paypal account because it is very complicated otherwise I have so many auctions coming in. So if you need the item to be shipped to another address, please include it in the PAYPAL payment and not an additional e-mail. Also when contacting me, please use the ebay e-mail system because the other go through my spam folder.
I generally do not send out invoices until a couple days after the auction ends or if you send an auction request via ebay, just because there are so many items and most people pay right away (no worries if you don't, I don't mind at all). So please understand that.
No notification is sent out when items are mailed because there are so many items going out unless there is a problem in which someone will be in touch with you right away (wrong address, etc). I do keep a receipt from the post office which includes the city and date, so please feel free to contact me after 12 days. But, otherwise a shipping notification will not be sent out as it just delays the time we could be shipping another item! :)
Anyway, sorry this is so long, but I want you to know my policies. I sell high end new cosmetics from my homes in both Ohio and Virginia (I travel every 2 week), and as the holiday season approaches, I will be listing quite a bit more so please do not hesitate to put me on your favorite sellers list!
