US Discount: $1 extra postage for each extra item.
International Discount: $13 flat rate for up to 8 items to the UK, Canada more. Check the shipping calculator to see if this rate is available in your country. The box size is 9x6x2 inch (22x14x5cm)
Getting the Discount: If you are bidding on multiple items, finish shopping before you pay so the calculator can apply your combined discount. If the shipping does not calculate correctly, e-mail us prior to paying out and we will gladly correct it.
Shipping Handling Costs: SH costs include the actual cost of postage materials used to package, label ship your parcel. International Shipping:
Service Class: We ship via International Priority Mail to assure your items are delivered quickly and safely. We no longer use First Class due to lost packages and delays.
Possible Extra International Charges: Many countries, including the U.K. and Canada, charge Fees, Taxes, Customs, Duties or VAT on items shipped from the U.S. These fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. We cannot prepay, reimburse or include them in the sales price or shipping charges. To learn about your country’s laws, contact your customs department. Marking Items as Gift or Lowering Value on Customs Forms:
Misrepresenting the purpose or under-reporting the value of an item on a customs form in order to avoid the payment of fees, taxes, customs, duties, or VAT is a postal offense. Consequently, we are unable to accommodate requests to mark items as gift or mark packages at a lower value than they truly are.
Shipping Schedule: We ship weekdays Monday-Friday. (except Holidays) Paypal will send you an email with your tracking number verification of the date we take your parcel to the USPS.
Delivery: We deliver your item to the USPS within 2 business days of cleared payment. E-checks can take 3-5 days to clear. Although we have no control over their shipping time after we give an item to the USPS, we are always happy to help you track your shipment.
Returns: If there is a problem with your item, please e-mail us immediately so we can make it right. Returns are accepted only for unopened items returned in original condition or for items found to be defective after opening. All items we sell are new and come from a smoke-free, climate controlled environment.
Feedback: Your complete satisfaction is our goal, so let us know if anything is not 100% satisfactory about your transaction. We leave positive feedback immediately after receiving cleared payment.
