Apply NutraRenew treatment directly to damp hair. Take 1-2 inch strands of hair and gently massage 3-5 pumps of NutraRenew into each strand. Repeat until a smooth Silky feeling is obtained. Leave in 5-10 minutes for coarser hair allow 10-15 minutes. Rinse and then style as usual.
