Terms
Payment is due upon auction’s end. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be re-listed and a Non-Paying Bidder dispute will be filed for reimbursement of selling fees.
Payment
We accept PayPal only. Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstances. When payment is made by PayPal e-check, items will ship only after the e-check has cleared. The items will be shipped promptly once PayPal has notified us the e-check has cleared.
Shipping Handling
Items usually ship within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment (please see e-check payments above), except on Sundays and USPS Holidays. We’re happy to combine shipping on auctions won within 3 days of each other so you’ll save a bit on shipping costs for multiple items! One PayPal payment is required for combined shipping.
If you are purchasing multiple items, it might be possible to ship the items via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate or Large Flat Rate Box. Depending on the weight of the package and the delivery location, the Flat Rate Boxes could cost less than other shipping options. All of the items must fit in the Flat Rate Boxes securely and the boxes have to be sealed completely flat, otherwise USPS will not accept them. When all of the auctions you’re bidding on are over, we’ll send you an invoice showing all available shipping options, including Flat Rate Boxes when applicable. You can then choose the best shipping method for you based on cost and method offered.
We have offered both USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail as domestic shipping options. First Class Mail can sometimes be very slow taking weeks for delivery, so if you need the item sooner, please consider Priority Mail as your shipping option. USPS has a 13-ounce weight limit for First Class Mail, so in most cases, First Class is not available for combined shipping.
USPS First Class International Mail is not offered at this time. The only international shipping option offered at this time is USPS Priority Mail International.
Shipping insurance is optional for all domestic shipping options, but very highly recommended. We strive to make sure each and every item we ship is packaged carefully and appropriately so it will arrive safely and intact. Unfortunately, once the item leaves our possession, we have no control over how it is handled by USPS or how long USPS takes to deliver the item. We therefore can take no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during shipping, and we urge buyers to purchase the recommended shipping insurance. Delivery confirmation and tracking are included with all of the items we ship, regardless of the shipping method.
We do charge a nominal handling fee of 50 cents per auction won, which is included with the shipping cost. Please know that we do not charge this handling fee as a way to try and increase our profit. This 50-cent handling fee is included to help defray the cost of packaging materials we use to safely ship items, including boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, air cushions, packaging tape, bubble mailers, rigid mailers, mailing labels, etc. Packaging materials are very expensive. The 50-cent handling fee also goes to the cost of printer ink and paper to print shipping labels, gasoline to take packages to the post office, and the extra fee we incur for tracking and delivery confirmation on items shipped via USPS First Class Mail, Media Mail, and Parcel Post. We do not add an extra cost to the shipping for any items for this tracking and delivery confirmation.
Returns
Buyers must contact us within 3 days if they wish to return an item. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping. Once the item is received in the original, intact, undamaged, and unused condition as it was sent, a credit will be issued through PayPal for the original selling price, less shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please ask any and all questions you have about an item before placing a bid. Feedback
Positive Feedback will be left for you once you have received your item and have left feedback for us so we are sure you are completely happy with the transaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us first so we can resolve the issue before you leave neutral or negative feedback. When considering shipping time for your item, please be sure to look at the date printed on the shipping label when you receive the item to see when the item was shipped instead of basing feedback or detailed seller ratings on how long USPS took to deliver the item.
