Our items are purchased and stored in different locations around the world. Well ship the ones stored outside EU borders in two stages: first to our logistical facility in the UK, and then to you, thus saving you all dealings with customs, taxes etc. This might, however, make for a slightly prolonged handling time of your order.

Dispatch time:
UK buyers: Items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse, using 1 st class Royal Mail services. Actual shipping time should be up to 3 working days.
European buyers: Items will be shipped with Parcel Force, DPD or a similar courier. Shipping time for these items should be up to 5 working days.
International buyers: Items will be shipped with Parcel Force, DPD or a similar courier. Shipping time for these items should usually be up to 5 working days. Some of these items will be sent directly from their original location, shortening the total shipping time.
Note to our customers: If you see a discrepancy between the shipping cost on eBay and the shipping cost in our drop-down shipping calculator, the correct shipping cost is the CHEAPER one.
Returns are accepted for a store credit or a money refund (your choice) up to 7 days after the item has been received. In cases when the return is a result of an error made on our part (and only in those cases), we will refund not only the item's price, but also the full shipping costs.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. Unworn, unused). You will need to carefully save all the original tags, packaging and paperwork of the item. Items must be returned to the same address from which they were sent.
