RETURNS: I want you to be happy with your purchase. All items advertised as New are new and will be replaced or purchase price refunded after item is returned IF found to be defective and returned to seller at buyers cost. This does not include "damaged in shipment". Buyer has 3 days after receipt of item to inform seller of defect and describe problem. Item must have a "return authorization number" and include it with the item when returned. Items not authorized for a return will not be accepted. There is absolutely no refunds or returns on "as is" items unless item received is significantly different than item advertised, (IE:bought a light bulb and received phone).
