READ THIS AUCTION FIRST BEFORE YOU BID ON MACH 3 BLADES. There are no actual razor blades for sale on this auction. But... There are scams going on that you need to be aware of. I was scammed myself. Most of the Mach 3 blades for sale on Ebay are actually counterfeit blades. You can tell because there is no serial number on the cartridge holster. Don't trust feedback. The seller who scammed me had great feedback. What happens is people get the blades and think the shipping was great and put good feedback before realizing they were counterfeit blades. What I'm selling is a piece of paper that will be sent in a regular business size envelope with a regular stamp. The piece of paper will state exactly what you've already read on this auction. You can choose to decline the paper upon auction end. Should you bid on this? Ask yourself one thing, Did this auction just save you money? The only reason to bid on it would be if you'd like to donate some money to keep the word out I'll use all profits to put future warning auctions up until these thieves have quit.
You don't have to bid, there are other things you could do. I'd love to see more of these auctions up. It costs 15 cents to put up an auction and it really makes a difference. You could also ask your friends to put up an auction. Or you could email me ideas on how to improve my auction to catch people's eye. Before you click the x on this auction think about some of the things you could do. You might think it's silly but think about this. There are no manufacturing standards for these blades. They may use lead in the manufacturing process or what if they use some kind of toxin. How would we ever know? The thing is when you shave with a dull blade which is what these are you're way more likely to cut your face. Now you have an open sore and a blade that had no watchdog agency that manufactured it. Who knows what the result could be. I personally don't think this auction is silly, I want to stop this illegal trade.
These auctions are doing some good, here's a comment I got from one person: "I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the information, it's much appreciated. I hadn't a clue that razors could be counterfeit, who knew? You've saved me some money and did it at your own expense (the listing costs) just to be kind. I just felt like someone needed to give you kudos for that kindness. Thanks so much! :) Becky"
As a final note the best real deal on blades I could find was on 64 mach 3 cartridges at amazon.com. And no I have no association with amazon, I just thought I'd pass along that info.
