BY BIDDING: You are agreeing to buy (if you aren't sure, DON'T BID). We will not cancel auctions for you after it ends (you win, you buy). If you would like to cancel a bid during the auction, that is fine. We will not do it for you. You are agreeing to all terms.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We will only ship to your registered PayPal address If payment is made by money order or check, we will only ship to your registered Ebay address
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
· International parcels will ship to your confirmed PayPal address. Please be sure that is it up to date.
· International bidders, please be aware that any fees or duties added by customs are your responsibility.
· Do not ask us for cheaper international shipping. Due to Ebay scammers who know that an international parcel can not be tracked we have had to start using Global Express shipping (that does include tracking). That way, we can track it, and you also get it sooner (3-4 days to most destinations).
· We will not mark items as gifts, or add a lower value to your customs form.
COMBINED SHIPPING: If an item is not eligible for combined shipping, it will state so in the description We will combine shipping up to three items. Please wait for an invoice before paying if you are wanting combined shipping. Combined shipping prices: 1st item (highest shipping) full price, 2nd item 1/2 price, 3rd item FREE!!! Items that are to be combined must finish within less than 7 days total. (basically all 3 must finish within one week) Shoes that are to be combined will not arrive in the original boxes
PAYPAL USERS: You must be both confirmed and verified before we will ship. This is a process that doesn't take long, and is simply for the protection of sellers. I am a verified and confirmed seller, so you too are protected. We will only ship to your confirmed address. No exceptions. Any other destination will have to be shipped via you. Please be sure that both your Ebay address, and PayPal address are up to date.
PAYMENT: Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end. After the 7th day, a dispute will be filed. We accept money orders and checks for you non-paypallers out there (US only).
NON-PAYERS: You will be blocked from all other auctions. We reserve the right to cancel any bid that we consider suspicious (bad feedback, extreme bidding). After the 7th day of the auction end, you are considered a bum bidder. You will receive a non-paying bidder strike.
RETURNS: Items must be returned using the same shipping service they were sent via. International items are not eligible for return. Items must be in the exact condition they were sent out in. Refund will be issued as soon as item is returned. We must be contacted within 2 days of confirmed delivery (No exceptions).
