when you bid on an item you are agreeing to purchase item offered, failing to pay for a won item will be referred to E-bay for resolution. we try to describe the item for bid as close as possible. unless they is specified warranty all auctions are as is. It is very seldom that i do no stand behind my items, but make sure that this is specified when bidding, not sure contact us before bidding.

Shipping
I only ship to address' supplied by E-bay or PayPal exceptions
I ship twice a week , mondays and fridays for larger items and UPS.I do charge a handling fee but not usually no more than 5.00 us and canada, 7.00 internationally. I use as much news paper as possible and this keeps the prices of handling lower. I will not ship electronics by flat rate envelope. I will use flat rate boxes and envelopes where possible. If your item is damaged upon arrival ( check over good before accepting it,)if damaged refuse or file a claim, contact me within 24hr of receipt and describe the damage I will help on this end as much as possible. If the package is damaged by shipping keep all materials, you will need this to file a claim if insured.(recommended ). If the damage is due to my packaging then contact within 24 hrs and let me know
