All items being shipped within the United States of America, will NOT be charged a handling fee. We have no hidden costs. If you see a shipping costs that seems high, please realize, that is the cost of the USPS or UPS. SENNCO does not set those costs, and has nothing to do with it. SENNCO DOES NOT HAVE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES OR FEES. You pay for your item, and shipping- NOTHING MORE.
SENNCO DOES charge a $3.00 handling fee on INTERNATIONAL shipment ONLY. We use that fee to cover any postal charges that may arise unexpected. Also, packing materials and boxes are included in that fee. Internationally the fee is higher, due to higher postal charges, and customs paper work that must be completed.
If you have any questions- Please ask! We try to provide excellent customer service, and would be more than happy to assist you! We do not try to hide any fees from our customers, we are straight forward and honest.
If you are interested in more than one item, and would like combined shipping- we would be happy to assist you with that. Please note, we will combine items, as long as we are able to get two items or more, into the same box- if not, we may have to send in two shipments, just depending on the size of the item. We will always notify you if such a problem arises.
