You are bidding on the puprle plan (no diary) it also contains a paper insert for when some of the foods were updated; I was on this until I became pregnant and then couldn't stay on it. All sales are final so please ask any questions before you bid. Please check out my other lots for other LA items that I won't be using anymore (including bars, dressings, soups, and the red plan). This is from when it was LA before they became Pure Weightloss. This tells you the foods that you are suppose to be eating for the day.
