You are bidding on the red plan and a single diary; I was on this until I became pregnant and then couldn't stay on it. All sales are final so please ask any questions before you bid. Please check out my other lots for other LA items that I won't be using anymore (including bars, dressings, soups, and the purple plan). This is from when it was LA before they became Pure Weightloss. This tells you the foods that you are suppose to be eating for the day.
