Warranty Information: All Kamae Shears include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and damage caused by normal use. Misuse is not covered under the Lifetime warranty.
Terms of Sale
Payments and Shipping:
Orders are processed one business day after receipt of cleared payment. Our system is setup to only allow for shipment to addresses listed as confirmed. Money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks will ship to the address registered through Ebay.
Questions:
Please ask any questions before the sale of the item. Our shipping system operates very efficiently and inquiries/requests made after or with payment can slow the process or might not be noticed until completion of shipment.
Multiple Items:
We will discount shipping for orders of 2 or more items. The lesser of the items will only be assessed half the shipping charge listed in the auction. We ship from the Paypal shipping invoice so all multiple orders will need to be paid for as one order and should be listed as one sale through Paypal.
Returns:
Items discovered to be defective upon receipt should be returned within 10 days of notification. All refunds or credits will be given after we have determined that item is actually defective. Items returned due to user error will not receive a refund for any of the shipping charges.
Insurance:
We will take care of any and all insurance expenses associated with the shipment of this item.
