Hypnosis is a wonderful way to help change our negative thoughts to positive affirmations about ourselves and how we respond to the environment around us. It's not enough to just try and eat less. I know I've been there. Struggling with my weight over the years. We need to change that little inner voice inside of us. This CD is wonderful and I find myself making healthier choices when choosing food. I've noticed a difference and I'm noticing the weight loss. I didn't go on a diet because those don't last for most of us. But now consciously make healthier choices. But first I listened several times to the CD and was given the positive self talk about making those healthier choices. If it can work for me I know it can work for others. I listen at night before I went to sleep and I listened while I was awake. And now I will continue to listen to this CD because I like the difference I'm seeing in myself and my eating habits.
