INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
You immerse your feet in warm water [do not use distilled water or reverse osmosis water]. The 30 minute timer will count down until the session is complete. You will immediately see the water starting to change colors, as toxins are released from your body. The suggested protocol for adults of all ages is to use the machine every other day for 14 sessions (about 1 month). After that, take a break for a week. You can then start over with every other day for 14 sessions, and either continue on that program, or start using it as desired.
