This is one laminated mini chart measuring 2 1/2" X 3 1/2". These are wonderful credit card size charts crammed full of the latest information for the most commonly used foot reflexology pressure points for healing and balancing. The info is concise and easy to understand plus all foot diagrams are color coordinated to the chakras that they interact with. This is a must have for healers and folks interested in how to properly work on the accupressure meridians of the foot.

My thought for you today is please cut down on your energy use. 28% of US pollution comes from cars. We have a 20% increase in Carbon dioxide since 1990 and we need a 80% decrease from current pollution rates to avert disaster by 2050. We need to be responsible citizens and walk, share a ride, ride a bike, cut down on unnecessary trips, and turn down the heat and air.
